Reconnect with your ability to choose, influence, and act—so you can move from feeling stuck to being empowered.
Week 3: Working with Negative Self-Talk
Learn ways to learn to work with negative self-talk so it works for you, not against you.
Week 4: Accessing Your Inner Leader
Tap into your inner wisdom—the calm, grounded part of you that knows what matters and how to respond. Strengthen self-trust and decision-making under pressure.
Week 5: Boundary Setting and Speaking Your Needs
Practice setting clear, boundaries and expressing your needs in ways that others can hear and respect them.
Week 6: Difficult Conversations and Intention Setting
In our final week together, we will strengthen our ability to engage in difficult conversations and also set intentions for how you wish to manage your work life in the future.
